Order Processing

Once your order is received, processing begins immediately. As a result, no changes can be made once the order is confirmed.
You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Note: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. We do not process or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.


Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 1–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons or based on product availability, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders will be shipped once all items are in stock and ready.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates, depending on the location of our partner warehouses.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 7–14 business days.
Please understand that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend ordering with ample lead time.


Possible Delays

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Postal service delays

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Labor disputes or protests

These may result in your order arriving later than the estimated delivery window.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes in most cases due to immediate processing.

Moon Toronto is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address input, and no compensation will be provided in such cases.
